Love Island star Chris Hughes has revealed that he plans to start a family with his girlfriend Jesy Nelson in the next "year and a half".
And, by the sounds of it, things are only set to get even more serious for the couple, as marriage and children could be on the near horizon – that's if Chris' comments on MTV's Geordie OGs are anything to go by.
During the fourth episode of the show, Chris made an appearance while playing a round of golf with his mate Gaz Beadle, and their chat soon turned to the topic of relationships.
The former Islander revealed that he doesn't want to waste any time with Jesy, and added that he'd be up for getting married just two months after asking the big question.
After then being quizzed on when the couple might look into having kids together, Chris responded: "I reckon in about a year and a half."

Meanwhile, Chris recently came to Jesy's defence online after internet trolls took aim at the pop star on his Instagram page.
"Find it so strange that grown women enjoy insulting young girls they don't even know…. Honestly," he posted on his Stories.
"Some of the people that follow me and give my girlfriend abuse is actually sickening. Your lives must be so miserable, that you can only feel for them."
Love Island returns in winter 2020 on ITV2, and you can catch up on the show ITV Hub.
