Aidan Turner attended the premiere of Poldark series 5 earlier this week, though you might not have known it.
That's because the actor showed off a completely new and unrecognisable look, which included a shorter hairstyle and a fully-grown moustache and bushy beard.
Check out his new look below:
It's certainly miles away from the long locks we've come to expect from Ross Poldark, but, then again, his time playing the ripped titular character has come to an end.
That's because the show's fifth series is set to be the last, and the episodes will dete from the original books by avoiding a time jump of 11 years.
"In The Stranger from the Sea, Winston Graham made many references to developments that happened in the 'gap' years," creator Debbie Horsfield previously said.
"Much can also be inferred. There are, of course, also historical events and people of the time, both in Cornwall and in London.
"Series five will draw on all of these to follow the lives of the Poldarks, George Warleggan, the Enyses, and the Carnes in this intervening period."
Series 5 wrapped production earlier this year in February, the show marking the occasion by sharing photos of stars Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson alongside producers Karen Thrussell and Michael Ray on Twitter.
Poldark series 5 is set to air on BBC One this year.
