The award-winning, unfairly talented Sheridan Smith has shared another exciting pregnancy update, just weeks after first announcing that she was expecting a baby.

Sheridan, who recently starred in Joseph on the West End, confirmed the sex of her baby in an adorable post on social media, revealing to fans that she's having a boy.

Clearly over the moon with the news, Sheridan shared a video of her dancing around with an outfit for her first child – and if miniature dungarees don't make you entertain the idea of having a baby, we're not sure what will.

"It's a....BOY!!!" the actress wrote on Instagram and Twitter today (November 8). Congratulations, Sheridan!

The Gavin & Stacey star first revealed her pregnancy while performing on the Stagefest cruise back in October, telling the audience that she and fiancé Jamie Horn were set to become parents.

"I've got a baby on board," she shared, before reportedly showing off her growing baby bump to the crowd and complaining about the dreaded "morning sickness lark".

The happy news came shortly after Sheridan was forced to dismiss reports that she was sacked from Joseph after telling younger members of the cast to 'go away' at an after-party.

"I try to rise above the tabloid bullshit but they've gone a step too far this time. The story today is completely untrue, the kids in the show are the only reason I stayed the whole run," she said in a statement.
